Hello and welcome to cheerleading! I am Coach Vichio and I am your Cheer coach for the Squad at Hadley. 

 

HADLEY WILDCAT CHEERLEADING INFORMATION AND FORMS

  • Informational meeting Thursday, September 10th 3:30, meet in room 138. 

  • Practices are from 7:15 am -8:15 AND 3:30-4:35 pm (you will be able to take the late bus home if needed)

  • You MUST find a ride for am practices. (Try to carpool to make it easier on parents)

  • You need an up-to-date sports physical on file with the school nurse in order to practice. No Physical, No Practice or uniform! If you are a 6th grader you should already have a physical on file. 7th and 8th graders you will need a new physical for the new school year.

  • There is a 1-time yearly "Sports Fee" of $40 to be paid. (NOT $30 Club Fee) Fees will be paid through Push Coin. Parents will receive an email notification when the Athletic fee is due.

  • CHEERLEADERS CANNOT PRACTICE OR PARTICIPATE IN CHEERLEADING WITHOUT ALL FORMS TURNED IN. PLEASE COMPLETE the Google Form by Thursday October 1st

  • YOU MUST LOOK ON THE CALENDAR TO SEE IF WE ARE PRACTICING IN THE A.M or P.M. Days and times may change.
  • WE WILL HAVE 7:15 A.M. PRACTICES SO YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE BEFORE SCHOOL WITH YOUR OWN TRANSPORTATION. YOU MUST ENTER THROUGH THE GYM DOORS RATHER THAN THE FRONT DOORS.

Here’s what you WILL need to be on the Hadley Cheer Squad. All SIGNATURES must be turned in ThROUGH GOOGLE FORMS or NO practice.
PLEASE PRINT MEDICAL FORM AND BRING TO YOUR PHYSICIAN
